Recently, we here at Liedkie Moving and Storage have partnered with a New York startup called Virtual Moving Technologies.  Virtual Moving Technologies (VMT) provides us with pre-move surveys that help us better provide for our customers from the time of requesting an estimate to the move itself.

Now, customers are given the option to request an in-home estimate or perform their own virtual estimate. The usage of VMT’s app, Virtual Move,  our customers can take a video of the items that they will be moving and send it straight to us so that we can provide an accurate estimate for the move.

Those who choose this process can perform the video survey at anytime that works for them, as opposed to scheduling an appointment for our salesman to come to your home for an estimate, though that option is still available. By performing a virtual estimate we can get back to you quickly and with an accurate estimate without you having to accommodate our salesman within your schedule and without having to have anyone in your home.
